800 Tower City Club

The 800 Towers was our first challenge of a multi-level, multi-staged production in another city. This large format renovation transformed one of the tallest building in Louisville, KY into high-end rental apartments.

Orange Chair was tasked to create dynamic site-specific seating throughout the development including the lobby and City Club’s signature Roof Top Pool side. These Day Beds help create a spa-like roof-top environment.

Additional challenges included the considerable amount of on-site fit and finish required when creating site-specific off-site work.

The 800 Tower project turned a “Jetson’s” like skyscraper from the 60s and refreshed it as if it were a “new” 60s era super mod luxury apartment building.
